Shipping

Here’s all the important shipping information you need to know.  Before you confirm your order, please double check the shipping details as we are unable to make changes once your order has been processed online.

ALL CROWNS ARE CUSTOM MADE AND AS SUCH WILL BE DESPATCHED WITHIN SPECIFIED TIMES UPON ENQUIRY.  ORDERS ARE DESPATCHED BETWEEN 9-5 MONDAY - FRIDAY (Excluding Queensland Public Holidays)

STANDARD SHIPPING – $12.00 ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITH AUSTRALIA POST TRACKING AND POSTAGE IS ADDED TO YOUR ORDER.

These are their estimated delivery timeframes:

Metro areas – expect delivery 2-3 business days from despatch.
Regional Australia – allow a little longer, 5-7 business days from despatch.
All orders with Standard shipping are sent using Australia Post and will require a signature on delivery. Parcels will not be left at unattended premises.  If there is no one available to sign for the parcel, a slip will be left at the address and the parcel can be collected at a nearby Post Office.

EXPRESS SHIPPING with signature– ranges between $12.50 to $22.50

It’s important to note that Express Shipping is not an overnight service.  Once your order is dispatched, we hand your Express Shipping parcel over to Australia Post for delivery.  These are their estimated delivery timeframes:

Metro areas – expect delivery 1-3 business days from dispatch.
Regional Australia – takes a little longer, 3-6 business days from dispatch.
All orders with Express Shipping are sent using Australia Post and will require a signature on delivery. Parcels will not be left at unattended premises.  If there is no one available to sign for the parcel, a slip will be left at the address and the parcel can be collected at a nearby Post Office.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – (not available for rental pieces)

We now offer International Shipping. If you live outside Australia and want to get your Reign on, you can now get your very own bespoke Reign piece! Not available for our rental pieces.

All orders are sent using Australia Post International freight service.
